Victor's boat is an absolute joy to stay on, very cosy and comfortable and with everything you could possibly need. He and his partner were so friendly and helpful when I arrived and always quick to respond to messages. It was fun to stay on a houseboat in London for a change. Victor and Marzena were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the experience. I booked it for some friends as they just got married and they loved it.

The booking process was straightforward and hassle free. We arrived on a cold Sunday evening and Meg had the fire going so Jessie was lovely and warm. She gave the introduction tour. Then left us to enjoy London from this perfectly located spot.
Jessie was clean and comfortable, stocked with all the necessities. We stayed three nights and it was a pleasure to wake up to the ducks outside the window.

Little Venice is central and very quiet at night. We enjoyed watching the ducks and swans, and also the preparation for the Canal Cavalcade which was due to start in two days time. We were very comfy and toasty warm on board. My daughter loved feeding the swans and watching the river wildlife.

If you like being close to nature and seeing and hearing ducks, geese and swans all around you, then this is the place to be! The O was moored just a couple of minutes walk away from places to eat, drink and walk but back on the boat felt so peaceful and calm. Sitting on top of the boat and watching the world go by was just what we needed after the last couple of weeks.

I won't forget this weekend in a hurry. We had a very lovely few days staying on Persephone with our 2 children. We absolutely loved waking up to see all the wildlife and slept very soundly at night. Nick was very responsive and generous, kindly stocking the fridge for our arrival. Really loved the interior of the boat, stylish and comfortable.
Would definitely stay here again. Persephone is a wonderful narrowboat that I thoroughly recommend a stay on. Nick has provided everything you think you could possibly need and more. The boat is a little off the main road but remote enough that you will feel solitude, particularly at night when you can see the stars.
Nick outfits the kitchen with enough for multiple breakfasts and the nearest Tesco is a 5 minute drive away. Everyone along the paths are friendly and it was a nice way to unplug and "get away". Nick was very good at communicating, and was there to show us around. We appreciated the wine, food supplies, and flowers. The boat is on a lovely peaceful stretch of the river, and has all the amenities you need for self-catering.

We had a lovely stay on beautiful Persephone. Nick was an extremely welcoming host and there were plenty of thoughtful touches, including sausages and bacon! A highly recommended getaway if you fancy switching off and waking up to swans and cygnets at your bedroom window. We had a brilliant time on Persephone.
Nick was a great host meeting me and talking through everything we needed to know about staying on the boat. The space was clean and in great condition and Nick had thoughtfully stocked the fridge and left flowers on arrival. We will definitely be staying again when we are next in the area. If you have children who love to run, watch insects, sleep in funny beds, go for this narrow boat!

Amazing location, very quiet could hear the birds sing. Very cosy with the heater on. Good shower facilities in the dock. Stevens little boat is lovely and in a perfect central location for London. It was lovely and warm we stayed in December. Other facilities such as showers are available on the harbour and are lovely and posh. The marina is lovely and we really enjoyed sitting on the boat looking out. There are a number of restaurants and cafes situated here, and a Tesco's local. The boat is right next to Tower Bridge so has fab transport links across the city and lovely walks along the Thames, as well as attractions close by.

You will probably not find any other location in London which is so unique as this. It helps to feel totally relaxed and cosy, if you are used to camp respectively you are fine with small spaces. Depending on the length of your stay, it's convenient to have a shower available somewhere close you can use. I definitely felt in love with boating and wanna go back!!!!

Lovely house and room, great location for a stopover after a Gatwick flight. Very clean and modern. Karen was flexible with arrival time and breakfast was available in the morning. Karen was a most gracious and welcoming host and waited up for us until we arrived at midnight. We were leaving literally 5 hours later to fly from Gatwick and the room was spotlessly clean and everything was laid out for us and explained quickly and efficiently by Karen.

The space was clean and had everything we needed, and Sebastian was a great host, even popped out of his office when he happened to see us walk by to tell us where we could go to find different things to see and to in town, and gave me advice on transportation back to the airport. If we are ever back in that area we will definitely stay there again.
My husband and I took a cruise to Southampton. Stay at Sabastian's place before going to Gatwick airport to come home. The comfortable room and hospitality put a perfect ending to our amazing trip.
